The Roadmap
The first step in creating a Roadmap is to define a baseline, assessing the entire facility. The Baseline Assessment includes workflow documentation, diagrams, time metrics, demographics, compliance procedures, technology, etc. and finally a cafeteria style list of recommendations. Those recommendations become the foundation that our healthcare experts and technology professionals use to start down the path for success.
Second, a plan is created on how to perform those specific recommendations. Our Team partners with administration and staff members to deliver on the recommendations. We work in a unified partnership to reach the defined results. Finally, the Roadmap becomes the benchmark by which results can be measured, evaluated, and aligned for continuous improvement.
