Continuous Process Improvement

Quality is always at the forefront of asking the question - how can improvements be made?  The Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) model is the answer.  CPI helps discover and eliminate primary causes of a problem or issue.  CPI accomplishes this by using small-steps - improvements, rather than implementing one huge change.  Using the CPI model involves everyone, staff to top-management.

CPI is a proactive approach intended to prevent or decrease the likelihood of creating new or existing problems.  It is used as a means to find the correct and consistent methods for long-term improvement.

Roadmap

Often times it's a long journey to reach a defined goal.  It's more than a direction but requires the skills to help meet specific objectives.  Our healthcare experts use a Roadmap approach that allows them to define "...direction and ...actions" required to reach a successful result.
